Our product delivers 100 mg each of B-1, B-2, Niacin, B-6, Inositol, PABA, Pantothetic Acid and Choline, as well as 100mcg of B-12 and Biotin, and 400mcg Folic Acid.
This product is yeast free.

Directions:  For Adults - Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.  Tablets are coated for ease of swallowing.
