 Tea-X is a powerful, standardized green tea extract with 50% epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) content, which is one of the most important polyphenols in tea. Tea-X increases energy expenditure (thermo­genesis), burning preferentially fat. Green tea has not been associated with negative effects on the cardio­vascular system (such as increased heart rate and blood pressure), or CNS side effects (such as over­stimulation and irritability).
