I mixed 1 serving 20g with 300ml water, mixed up in seconds. Taste was good for a pre workout drink quite different to others I've had it was more subtle in flavour and wasn't very sweet. Defiantly had more of a pump in my workout today but wasn't jittery or hyped up. I looked very vascular even though it was cold in the gym. This was defiantly more of a pump product rather than a stimulant.
