Hormonal imbalances can retard fat loss and cause bloating among other things. D-glucarate is a substance that supports cleansing via a detoxification mechanism called glucuronidation. Glucuronidation removes several toxic and potentially toxic chemicals from our system, also "used" hormones such as estrogens, androgens, T4, some steroids, bilirubin, bile salts, certain drugs, xenobiotics and environmental toxins.
Diindolylmethane (DIM) favorably effects estrogen metabolism and induces liver detoxification enzymes to help neutralize harmful estrogen metabolites and xenoestrogens (bad estrogen-like environmental chemicals).

I was immediately attracted to this product, time and time again we see natural test booster being bought to the market but never have I come across a natural product directed towards hormone support that can actually benefit women. Needless to say I was keen to try it out, I had no idea what to expect but I was keen never the less!! There was a bit of a delay in getting it as Scitec UK literally sold out of the new Chrome range as soon as it arrived in stock, I waited patiently....Finally it came, I decided to jump in at the deep end for maximum effect and went for the max dose of 2 capsules twice daily. The capsules are small, white, easy to swallow, no problems there. I'm writing this review having been on this dose for just under a month. I noticed to notable changes since taking Estro-Dim, nothing else in my diet, supplements or daily routine has changed so the effect have to be down to this supplement. Firstly to my delight I noticed a lift in my moods, at first I didn't think much off it as I often have a couple of days feeling positive, quickly followed by days of feeling down, then hormonal mood swings where no-one dare come near me, not even the dogs!! Well I have to say my moods have improved drastically, I'm so much more positive, I have more enthusiasm which means I'm getting more done, I'm laughing more, I've even managed to get through the month with hardly a hint of PMT and no cravings!! Secondly my skin!! I have had bad acne for as long as I can remember on my back, shoulders & arms, I've tried everything and always thought it to be due to a hormonal imbalance but never for a second thought this supplement would help. Probably about 10 days into my course I noticed the spots drying up, on my arms first, 1 month in and the ones on my arms have gone completely, the ones on my back & shoulders have improved considerably, at this rate they'll be gone by next month with a bit of luck. The dose at which I'm taking Estro-Dim is said to be for physique enhancement purposes, I have to say I haven't noticed any drastic changes in my physique. I have kept in hard condition through the Christmas period and I am seeing continued improvements in my physique but I cant say if this is in any way increased with the supplement. I would highly recommend Estro-Dim especially to women, if you get half the benefits from it as I have I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
