I was looking for a creatine product to ride out until the end of my bulk I decided to give this a go, my last cycle I'd been using unflavored bulk creatine which tastes like powdered battery acid so big improvment on that! I've never loaded creatine before but decided to give it ago with this as directed on the tub for the sake of this review if nothing else. I'm pleased I did, I've never really noticed an impact taking creatine before, this time around I felt a difference within a few days. I'm not sure if this is down to me loading it or down to the combination of creatine in this product. I was able to increase reps within a few days, my weights are slowly going up again when I'd hit a bit of a platue. I went for the Passion Fruit flavour, it's very weak when mixed as directed, I mix it in about 200mls of water and then down another few 100mls to make sure I get enough water. It still tastes fairly weak and a bit gritty but it's a whole lot better than what I'm used to!! It's fruity so quite refreshing along with my PWO carbs. From a women point of view, at first I held a bit of water with this which seemed to go after a few weeks, I think it was probably due to the initial high dose, wasn't a problem for me being off season but I thought I'd mention it for any other women looking to give it a go. Value for money I'd say this product is excellent, £22.00 a tub, I'm a month in and still have well over 1/2 left, I expect it will last me through to the start of my cut in February.
