Im 59 years old and have had problems wilth my knees for years. This collagen product is far superior to anything I have ever brought from Holland and Barret or from my local chemist. I now find doing daily tasks alot easier.

I brought this product on recommendation from my strength and conditioning coach...and I have to say I am very impressed with it. I feel it has helped accelerate the healing process, I damaged my ACL ligament playing rugby. I stacked this product with L-glutamine too. Anyone who has an injury should look at buying this product. I am going to continue to use this product throughout the season to help with any damage after training or games
