Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a natural ingredient that helps control weight. Research has shown that CLA can help candidates achieve their weight loss goals by burning more fat and increasing lean muscle mass. CLA reduces body fat by preventing fat accumulation in adipocytes. Normally, the fat enters the adipocytes through a "gate" controlled by an enzyme, which represents the "key". By acting on this enzyme or "key", CLA allows the "door" does not open.
